A California native, Kate Harvey-Lee loves the Golden State. She was raised in the small town of Susanville in Lassen County. Her father, Judge Harvey, was a civil rights lawyer in the 1960’s and principle author of the California Evidence Code – a bedrock for every trial lawyer in California. He was later elected judge of Lassen County. Building on her father's legacy, Kate established a reputation for excellence fighting for justice at some of California’s most prestigious law firms. With her extensive breadth of experience, Kate has now focused her legal practice cases involving truck and commercial vehicle accidents. Kate Harvey-Lee is board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Truck Accident Law. She sits on the Executive Board for the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys – a nationwide association of some of the most experienced and knowledgeable truck wreck attorneys. Whether by trial, settlement, or arbitration, Kate has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of her clients. She is proud to have served as a compassionate counselor and determined advocate for her clients during some of the most difficult times of their lives.
