About

Kaley Miller-Schaeffer received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2018 and her Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations from Ursinus College in 2014. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She graduated law school with Pro Bono Distinction and received the Eve Biskind Klothen Law Student Pro Bono Distinction Award from the Philadelphia Bar Association in 2019. Ms. Miller-Schaeffer was a Certified Legal Intern at the Chester County District Attorney’s Office from May 2018-December 2018 where she represented the Commonwealth at preliminary hearings in District Courts throughout Chester County. Ms. Miller-Schaeffer began her career in Immigration Law in March 2019 with Murphy Law Firm. She has been admitted to practice before the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Miller-Schaeffer represents clients in Immigration Court, Asylum Offices, and in matters before USCIS. She became partner at Murphy Law Firm in July 2021.
