About
K.C. Dupps Tucker is a partner and founder of the Law Group of Northwest Arkansas LLP. Her practice areas - for individuals and corporations - include all phases of complex civil litigation, with a focus on environment and agricultural issues. While she grew up in Northwest Arkansas, she went to Colorado College for her undergraduate education. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law and her Master of Laws in Agricultural Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law Graduate Program. While completing her LL.M., K.C. worked for the National Agricultural Law Center. Chosen by the University of Arkansas Law faculty and Wal-Mart, she was the first Corporate Extern in the Wal-Mart Legal Department. K.C. is admitted to practice law in Arkansas and Tennessee, as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. In her free time, K.C. is an active volunteer with Peace at Home Family Shelter and Arkansas Children's Hospital.
