About
Ms. Han is a Partner leading the firm’s Tech & Human Rights Department where she represents cases in Artificial Intelligence. From client consultations to U.S. Supreme Court petitions, Ms. Han builds cases from the ground up, collaborating with various industry experts on novel issues. Ms. Han parlays her judicial expertise into her work, as a former law clerk for Hon. Steven L. Tiscione and an intern for Hon. Kiyo A. Matsumoto at the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of New York (Brooklyn). She has contributed to academia as a Fellow at the NYU Law Engelberg Center for Innovation and Technology. As a frequent guest speaker, she has presented to the Federal Supreme Court of Brazil, the Inn of Courts in Washington DC, and the World Congress for the World Federation of the Deaf in Paris. In addition, she delivers lectures at various institutions and universities including Yale University, NYU, and Georgetown. Her expertise has been cited by legislative and executive agencies regarding the Communications Decency Act (Section 230), Copyright Act, Visual Artists Rights Act, and Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Section 1557). Ms. Han received her J.D. from Georgetown Law (Dean’s Scholarship), B.A. (with honors) in Psychology and International Law from Handong University, and a certificate in Public International Law from the Hague Academy of International Law.
