About

My practice areas include Medicaid Applications & Appeals, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Disability and Benefits Planning, Probate (Trust and Estate Administration), and Collaborative Family Law. I am dedicated to preserving peace, well-being, dignity, wealth, and legacies of the families in Tumwater/Olympia/Lacey and the greater South Sound area. I can help you plan for your or your loved one's eventual (or immediate) long term care, incapacity, and passing on, while protecting your assets from taxation, medical expenses, and unnecessary litigation. If you are in crisis due to disability, death, or divorce, I will do my best to help you move on and build a better future. I graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2000 and University of Washington School of Law in 2003, receiving J.D. and LL.M in Tax respectively. I am a member of the Washington State Bar (family law section), the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP), Collaborative Professionals of Washington (CPW), Collaborative Professionals of Pierce County Collaborative Law, Senior Action Network of Thurston County, and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. I am a founding member of Collaborative Professionals of Thurston County and a member of CPW Practice Committee.
