Julio Cesar Cuen is a Supervising Attorney at Rafi Law Group, Julio is a talented, diligent, and passionate lawyer who enjoys advocating for his clients. He prides himself on his attention to detail, ability to communicate, and his excellent negotiation skills to obtain favorable results for our clients. Julio was born in San Diego, California, and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He earned his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2020. As a graduate of ASU Law, Julio cultivated his advocacy skills by participating in the ASU Law Public Defender and Immigration Clinics. Julio also worked with private and governmental criminal defense and immigration firms in order to gain experience serving the community. Prior to law school, Julio graduated from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University to obtain his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. As an undergraduate student, Julio graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors and earned the prestigious Moeur Award for academic excellence. In his free time, Julio enjoys reading literature, exercising, and hiking when he is out of the office.
