I mediate divorces for ALL Massachusetts courts and counties. Divorce is governed by state law, so no matter where you are in MA, I can mediate your divorce over Zoom and have a first draft of all court document to you within days. You will appreciate my flat-fee, affordable, Western Massachusetts prices. I have been mediating divorces online fulltime since March 2019 when COVID hit. I have been practicing divorce law and mediation full-time in Massachusetts since 2003. Before moving to Massachusetts, I was Staff Attorney at the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law in Los Angeles, and I served as Director of the Feinstein Institute for Legal Service at the Roger Williams University School of Law in Bristol, Rhode Island. I have been admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania, California, New York, and Massachusetts. I received my BA from Brown University in 1987 and my law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1991.
