About
Judson L. Pierce is a distinguished attorney and principal at Pierce, Pierce & Napolitano, located in Salem, Massachusetts. A graduate of Vassar College and Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Pierce focuses his practice on representing injured workers before the Department of Industrial Accidents. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Pierce is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and serves on the board of the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group (WILG), a national organization dedicated to advocating for the rights of injured workers. His expertise in workers’ compensation law has led him to lecture at numerous continuing legal education seminars throughout Massachusetts and nationwide, as well as to various union and advocacy groups. Additionally, Mr. Pierce has played a significant role in legislative developments in workers’ compensation, having drafted several pieces of legislation that have either become law or are currently pending at the Massachusetts State House. Previously, he served in the Fair Labor and Business Practices Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Active in his community, Mr. Pierce was appointed to the Arlington Human Rights Commission in 2008, elected to the Arlington School Committee from 2010 to 2016, and participated as a Town Meeting member in 2016 and 2019. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers/Rising Star from 2005 to 2010 and served on the Workers' Compensation Centennial Committee for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In his leisure time, Mr. Pierce enjoys music, acting, and cheering for the Boston Red Sox.
