Judith L. Bomster, Esquire, is Sr. Vice President and Sr. Trust Officer with Cambridge Trust Company. She administers private revocable and irrevocable trusts, as well as testamentary trusts established under probate estates. She assists families and beneficiaries with long term management of financial resources to accomplish generational planning, asset protection and special needs planning. Prior to joining Cambridge Trust Company, she formed and operated Butenhof & Bomster, PC, a boutique law firm practicing in the areas of trust administration, estate planning, special needs planning and elder law. She is a member of the Special Needs Alliance (SNA), a national, invitation-only network of lawyers dedicated to Disability and Public Benefits Law, and is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). Known for being a knowledgeable and clear communicator, Judith has published articles of interest in specialized areas of law and has widely shared her expertise through educational presentations to professionals, organizations and community members.
