About

Joshua Michael McIntosh is an accomplished attorney and the founder of Josh McIntosh Law, located in Covington, Kentucky, where he specializes in personal injury law. Before establishing his practice, Joshua served as a federal Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable William O. Bertelsman in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, as well as a felony prosecutor for the Kenton County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. These pivotal roles ignited his passion for trial law and refined his skills in litigation, counseling, negotiation, legal writing, and research. During his clerkship, Joshua honed his exceptional legal writing and research abilities, culminating in a published federal appellate opinion for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. His tenure as a felony prosecutor further developed his oral advocacy and negotiation skills, where he successfully represented the Commonwealth of Kentucky in numerous jury trials and managed a demanding caseload of over 140 felony cases, providing guidance to law enforcement, victims, and witnesses alike. A lifelong resident of the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati area, Joshua is dedicated to delivering high-quality, results-oriented legal representation to his community. He graduated cum laude from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2012, ranking in the top 20% of his class, and contributed as lead editor of the Northern Kentucky Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Board.
