From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Raymond was named a "New Jersey Rising Star" by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. Joshua H. Raymond concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, debtor/creditor rights, and commercial litigation. He represents, in particular, the Township of West Orange and City of Linden in all bankruptcy and tax collection matters. Also, from 2004 to 2007, he served as the Public Defender in the Borough of Ringwood, New Jersey. Mr. Raymond practices also in the area of municipal law, in which he represents several municipalities, including the Township of West Orange. In March 2003 Mr. Raymond was appointed a Condemnation Commissioner in State of New Jersey v. Advance at One Gateway, LLC, et al. In 1996, Mr. Raymond was appointed to The Montclair Kimberley Academy Alumni Association. He served as its President from 2004 to 2006.
