About
Joshua Forrest Pescud Long, a member of our Litigation, Labor and Employment and intellectual Property sections, concentrates his practice in matters pertaining to business torts, contract disputes, unfair competition and intellectual property. His experience includes employment and employee benefits (ERISA) litigation defense, antitrust and land use matters and state and federal appellate practice. He participates in the firm’s annual Labor & Employment seminar series. Prior to joining the firm, Josh practiced law in Charlotte, N.C., and was a law clerk for the Honorable Frank W. Bullock, Jr., U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina, in Greensboro, N.C. The Chapel Hill, N.C., native received his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond and earned his law degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina, where he was a member of the North Carolina Law Review and the Board of Editors of the North Carolina Banking Journal.
