Joe Ferrucci started practicing law in downtown San Francisco at a large corporate law firm. Joe left corporate law to follow his passion to work with individuals, couples, families, and small business owners. He started his own law practice focusing on wills and trusts, estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Joe provides clear, concise legal advice that helps his clients make informed decisions about their legal matters. Joe understands that estate planning can be an emotional topic, raising delicate issues about family relationships and money. He brings that understanding and sensibility into his law practice. Joe has experience working with clients of all backgrounds – from retirees and senior citizens, to married couples with young children, to immigrant families, to same-sex couples, to entrepreneurs with small businesses. Joe has done pro bono work for clients through the AIDS Legal Referral Panel and the Alameda County Bar Association. Joe holds degrees from Yale University and U.C. Berkeley, and he completed his law degree at U.C. Hastings in San Francisco. He also holds a Certificate in Estate Planning from Golden Gate University. Joe lives in the Temescal neighborhood of Oakland. He enjoys jogging, camping, and hiking.
