About
With over two decades of legal experience, Joseph E. Cordell has established himself as a leading advocate for men navigating the complexities of divorce and domestic relations. Based in Chesterfield, MO, Mr. Cordell co-founded Cordell & Cordell with his wife, Yvonne, driven by a profound commitment to championing fathers' rights in family law. This insight ignited his passion for focusing exclusively on family law, particularly in representing men facing challenges such as custody disputes, spousal support, and allegations of domestic violence. “I realized that many fathers were struggling to secure the custody and support they deserved, often despite being the more capable parent,” Mr. Cordell shares. “This realization fueled my desire to fight for their rights and ensure they had a voice in the legal system.” Under his leadership, Cordell & Cordell has grown to include a dedicated team of over 130 divorce lawyers, all committed to guiding men through the often tumultuous waters of divorce. Mr. Cordell’s relentless advocacy has empowered thousands of clients to achieve favorable outcomes in their family law cases.
