Jonathan M. Levine has been associated with Silver Golub & Teitell since 1990 and has been a member of the firm since 1999. Since joining the firm, Mr. Levine has handled complex matters involving employment and commercial litigation, constitutional law, medical malpractice and serious personal injury. In 2001, he was co-counsel in a medical malpractice action which settled before trial for $15 million. In the last six years, he has been co-counsel in five jury trials resulting in judgments for the plaintiff in excess of $1 million. He was co-counsel for the State of Connecticut in litigation brought by the State against cigarette manufacturers to recover for the public health costs of smoking and is currently counsel in suits on behalf of three individual smokers.
