As the founding partner of Telecom Law Firm, P.C., located in Santa Monica, CA, he leads a dedicated team specializing in a wide array of wireless and broadband telecommunications issues, including site leasing, regulatory compliance, ordinance development, and policy formulation. Dr. Kramer brings a wealth of expertise to his practice, holding six Federal Communications Commission (FCC) licenses, a California State License Board (CSLB) C7 license, a Real Estate Broker license in California, and an FCC Remote Pilot certificate. His commitment to the field is further demonstrated through his senior membership in both the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) and the Society of Broadcast Engineers (SBE) in the U.S., as well as his fellowship in SCTE (UK).
