Jonathan is a licensed litigation attorney with more than fifteen years of litigation experience, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate, employment, commercial disputes, and insurance defense and bad faith in all state and federal courts in Arizona. Jonathan holds active licenses in Arizona and California and represents clients in civil and commercial matters throughout both states at both the trial and appellate level. Jonathan’s clients include businesses, large and small, as well as individuals desiring superior, prompt and effective legal services without the unnecessary hefty price tag that is often standard with larger firms. He founded the firm with the belief that quality, skilled legal representation can be provided to clients at a reasonable rate. He and the other lawyers at the Dessaules Law Group are actively committed to providing exceptional, individualized service to the firm’s clients, protecting their interests, and achieving their goals promptly and efficiently, regardless whether the case is a complex commercial litigation matter, defense of a “simple” automobile accident, or an adverse possession dispute. Jonathan is a 1997 graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law, and received his undergraduate degrees from Rutgers University in 1994. He previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Earl H. Carroll of the United States District Court for District of Arizona and presently serves as a pro tem judge on the Maricopa County Superior Court’s civil calendar. Before forming the Dessaules Law Group, Jon spent several years at one of the country’s largest law firms in its commercial litigation section.
