Heroux, Esq. is the founder and managing member of Heroux & Associates, PLLC, a Denver-based law firm dedicated to corporate law, business formation, regulatory affairs, and government relations. His practice particularly emphasizes serving small and mid-tier companies in sectors such as aerospace, technology, national security, energy, transportation, and economic development. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Heroux is the Chief Executive Officer of Macroux Group, LLC, a strategic advisory firm located in the Denver Tech Center with a presence in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. With over twenty years of extensive experience in business, law, and policy, he has represented numerous notable clients, including Harris Corporation, Jacobs Engineering, and the Arthroscopic Association of North America, providing both legal and strategic consulting services. Mr. Heroux’s career began in the public sector as a Staff Assistant to U.S. Senator Paul Coverdell (R-GA), and he later became a Senior Legislative Assistant for Governor Bob Riley (R-AL), managing a diverse portfolio of issues. His expertise expanded as he served as Senior Legislative Counsel for the National League of Cities and as Counsel for the U.S. House of Representatives Government Reform Subcommittee on Federalism and the Census. Mr. Heroux holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Administration from Georgia College and State University, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He resides in Douglas County, Colorado, with his wife, a trial attorney, their daughter, and two dogs, Charlie and Chica.
