About
John T. Asher, III is an associate in the firm's Insurance and Casualty Litigation Practice Group where he handles a wide range of litigation matters involving premises liability, auto liability, real estate litigation, landlord-tenant litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Asher handles litigation matters from inception through trial, as well as any appeals which may arise. Mr. Asher has several reported decisions, including Tameru v. W-Franklin, LP, 2009 U.S. App. Lexis 23724 (3d Cir. 2009); Aquilino v. The Philadelphia Catholic Archdiocese, 2005 Pa. Super 339, 884 A.2d 1269 (2005), and Franchi v. Tschop, 883 A.2d 698 (Pa. Super. 2005). Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Asher was with several Philadelphia area law firms where he concentrated his practice primarily in general litigation. Mr. Asher is a member of the American Bar Association. He is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Florida. Mr. Asher received a J.D. from Villanova School of Law and a B.A. with cum laude honors from the University of South Carolina.
