John "Jack" Sweeney is counsel in Offit Kurman’s Estates and Trusts Practice Group. Jack’s practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, asset protection, special needs planning and estate and trusts litigation for individuals, families, businesses, special needs families, incapacitated individuals, fiduciaries and administrators. His work includes gifting strategies, advanced trusts, business representation, civil litigation, corporate law and business formation and elder law issues. Jack is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law.
