John M. Kelly, a firm partner, was admitted to the Wisconsin bar in 1974, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia in 1975, and has been admitted to the U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and the Harvard School of Business Administration.
