I believe that clients should be made aware of what to expect and not expect when initiating litigation and when engaging my services. I do my best to inform the client what may and may not happen in a case and what the possible outcomes may be. It is my job to represent the client and his or her interests as best I can, while always taking into consideration how best to minimize litigation expenses in accomplishing the same.
