Jess Tepe (“Jess”) is a licensed attorney in both Ohio and Kentucky. She is owner and managing attorney of Jessica Tepe & Assoc., LLC. The firms practice areas include commercial real estate transactions, Estate Planning, Business Formations, and Probate Administration Legal experience: Jess graduated cum laude from Chase College of Law at NKU in May 2016. After obtaining her Ohio License to practice in May 2017, Jess spent nearly two years working with Thomas H. Bergman & Assoc., LLC (“THB”), a small general practice firm in Blue Ash, Ohio. Jess worked alongside the managing attorney, Thomas Bergman, and handled various client matters. Jess’s responsibilities included: (1) handling commercial real estate transactions – Jess reviewed and/or drafted almost all documents from letter of intent to close for multiple state commercial real estate purchases/sales (with purchase prices between $1,000,000 and $30,000,000), and Jess drafted and negotiated leases and/or amendments; (2) Business Formations – Jess reviewed and/or drafted various formation documents for corporations, s-corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, etc.); (3) Estate Planning – Jess drafted and/or reviewed various estate documents including the Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, Living Wills, Revocable/Irrevocable Trust, Special Needs Trust, Memorandum of Trust, Certificate of Trust; and (4) Probate Administration – Jess drafted and filed probate documents in Ohio and Kentucky. After almost two years in practice and a lifetime of preparation, Jess is taking the reins in her career and now manages her own firm.
