Jessica Lee Schlatter is a dedicated attorney based in Westminster, Colorado, known for her strong advocacy in Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice cases. Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder before pursuing her Juris Doctorate at the University of Colorado Law School. During her time in law school, she gained invaluable experience as a Law Clerk at the Bendinelli Law Firm, where she honed her skills alongside seasoned attorneys in the litigation process. In addition, her internship with a medical device corporation provided her with a unique perspective on corporate defense, equipping her to effectively represent clients against large corporations and insurance companies. After successfully passing the Colorado Bar Exam in 2017, Jessica returned to the Bendinelli Law Firm as an associate attorney, where she focuses on cases involving auto accidents, drunk driving victims, brain and spinal cord injuries, slip and falls, and insurance bad faith. She understands the complexities and emotional toll of life-altering injuries and strives to provide compassionate and personalized legal representation to each client. Outside of her legal practice, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her husband and young daughter, exploring the beautiful Colorado outdoors, and indulging her passion for fine wines through festivals and travel.
