Jessica L. Larson is a seasoned attorney based in Rapid City, South Dakota, specializing in real estate law, business law, and litigation. With deep roots in the Black Hills, Jessica has dedicated her legal career to serving the local community. She joined Beardsley, Jensen & Lee as an associate in 2009 and became a partner in 2017, reflecting her commitment and expertise in her practice areas. Born and raised in Deadwood, Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on human resource management from Black Hills State University in 2005. She furthered her education at the University of South Dakota School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate in 2008. During her time in law school, Jessica distinguished herself as the Editor-in-Chief of the Great Plains Natural Resources Journal and as an active participant in various competitions, including the Pace Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. Following graduation, she honed her legal skills as a judicial law clerk for the Third Judicial Circuit of South Dakota. Jessica's practice emphasizes providing clients with the support and strategies they need to achieve their objectives in real estate transactions and business-related legal matters. In addition to her legal practice, Jessica is a committed member of the legal community, serving on the Continuing Legal Education Committee for the State Bar of South Dakota and actively participating in the Pennington County Bar Association. Her dedication extends to community service, where she has been an active member of the Zonta Club of the Black Hills since 2010 and currently serves on the board for the Seventh Circuit CASA Program. With a strong background and a passion for her community, Jessica L. Larson continues to make a significant impact both in and out of the courtroom.
