Jeremy’s practice focuses on fighting for the rights of consumers in complex litigation and class actions. He has taken on leadership roles in large class action and multi-district litigation throughout the country. These cases include products liability class actions related to defective construction products, class actions related to fraudulent understaffing of adult care homes, fraudulent pricing schemes by insurance companies, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical companies, and complex business disputes on behalf of minority shareholders. In addition, Jeremy has represented property owners in a number of lawsuits related to defective construction of residential and commercial real estate.
