About

I offer services for cases involving Immigration and Nationality Law. I represent clients before Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Office of the Immigration Court in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, as well as before the Department of State and Department of Labor nationwide. I represent clients in a wide-variety of immigration cases, such as: I served on the Executive Committee of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association from 2007 through 2015, completing my two-year term as Chair in May 2015. I am also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the National Lawyers Guild. In addition to speaking on a panel on immigration offered by the Connecticut Bar Association, I was also on the faculty at the University of New Haven teaching Immigration law to undergraduates. I have been admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York since 2000. I have been recognized by Best Lawyers in America®.
