Jeff Melcher is a partner in the Commercial Litigation practice in the firm's Atlanta office. He has tried numerous civil cases in state and federal courts. Mr. Melcher also has an extensive background in employment law litigation. He has successfully defended employers in a wide range of employment claims, including restrictive covenant litigation and negotiating employment contracts.
