Jeff also guides his mid-market clients through a range of commercial issues, including labor, insurance coverage, entity creation/dissolution, non-competition and other problems that growing businesses routinely encounter. In addition to his state and federal trial experience, Jeff has also represented clients in numerous administrative hearings before the Illinois Division of Insurance, the Illinois Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, the Illinois and DuPage County EPA Division, the Illinois Division of Public Health, and the Illinois Insurance Guaranty Fund. Jeff was named a 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, & 2017 Illinois Rising Star by Thomson Reuters' Super Lawyers.
