Jason Wasserman concentrates his practice in the area of complex civil litigation. He has served as lead counsel in numerous high value injury and death cases throughout the country and has significant experience in professional and medical malpractice litigation. Additionally, Mr. Wasserman has also represented numerous local and national corporations and insurance companies in the defense of personal injury, mass tort, toxic tort, and product liability claims. Since 2010, Mr. Wasserman has been named annually in Maryland’s Super Lawyers list of “Rising Stars” and in 2015, he was recognized as a “Super Lawyer.” Mr. Wasserman was also recognized by The National Trial Lawyers organization three times as one of Nation’s "Top 40 Under 40" Trial Lawyers and he is a 2015 recipient of the “Top 10 Under 40 Attorney Award for the State of Maryland” by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
