My Name is Jason McLeod Kidder, and I am an attorney serving the citizens of the State of Arkansas and a Founding Partner at The Victory Firm. My background and primary field of practice is criminal defense litigation. However, I have had a passion for estate planning and probate law since I was in law school and at the top of my estate planning class. Estate Planning and Probate are the only areas of law outside of criminal defense work that I get to fight for and protect my clients from the government. However, in estate planning work, instead of protecting my clients lives and liberties, I am protecting something just as precious and important… their families, their futures, and their legacies. Through my years of practice, I have developed lasting relationships with my clients, many I now regard as friends. What became clear to me is that my clients trust me and they call me for all of their legal needs even if it has been outside of my primary field of practice.
