JASON MARCUS has worked almost exclusively with whistleblowers and the False Claims Act since 2008. He takes great pride in the fact that in every case, he has the honor of working for the "good guys" - whistleblowers who believe that nothing is more important than integrity and doing the right thing - and helping the United States dispense justice against cheats and frauds. Jason was named one of Georgia's Top Rated Lawyers by Legal Leaders, was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine, and maintains the highest ratings of AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and 10.0 by Avvo. He is also on the Board for the Qui Tam Section of the Federal Bar Association. Jason and his partner Julie represent whistleblowers in qui tam cases filed all across the country, from Michigan to Texas to California to Florida. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Taxpayers Against Fraud ("TAF") Education Fund, and the Georgia Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. He is the founder of the Young Lawyers Division of TAF. He is admitted to practice in federal courts across the country. Jason has lived in the metro Atlanta area for most of his life, and as a result is passionate about improving his local community. Jason's charitable endeavors include being a member of Keep Roswell Beautiful, twice organizing an annual North Fulton County First Responders Appreciation Event, and raising thousands of dollars for childhood cancer research with the St. Baldrick's Foundation.
