In Immigration Court, she has successfully defeated deportation, achieved complex dismissals, and secured grants for 42A Cancellation of Removal, asylum, and administrative closure. Her appeals of USCIS denials have resulted in life-changing approvals. In family court, Jasmyn represents clients in divorce, spousal maintenance, child custody, and child support disputes with the same level of care and determination. A graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Jasmyn earned distinctions in Trial Advocacy and Health Law and Policy, was named a Center Scholar for Law, Science, and Innovation, and graduated with pro bono honors.
