James R. Comerford III received his bachelor degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School, where he was awarded the Dean's Scholarship. After receiving a L.L.M. in Employee Benefits from the John Marshall Law School in 2002, Jim began practicing employment law, including employee benefits litigation, employment discrimination, and social security disability claims, as well as real estate law. Jim is licensed to practice in the state of Illinois, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
