He has worked 10 years as a bank trust officer, 14 years in a private practice in Ohio practicing in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning, Bankruptcy, Family Law, Criminal Law, Juvenile Law, Tax Law and Social Security. In addition, Jim honorably served 8 years as an Ohio Probate Court Magistrate. Since relocating with his family to Arizona in 2006 he has served the community primarily practicing Estate Planning, Bankruptcy and Probate.
