James M. DuBach has practiced law for over twenty-five years. He has extensive experience in civil litigation and federal administrative law involving Social Security Disability, as well as twelve years working as a deputy prosecuting attorney. DuBach graduated from Loyola University of Chicago, College of Law in 1982. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola, and earned his Master of Social Work degree at the University of Illinois. He is an active member in the American Association for Justice, a member in the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Represesntatives (NOSSCR), and he was named the "10 Best" Attorneys for Indiana in Client Satisfaction in the area of Personal Injury Law.
