In 2018, Jim, along with Fred Boettcher and Brad Wicker, co-founded BDIW Law, a firm dedicated to representing injured workers throughout Oklahoma. Together with his colleague Derek Ingle, Jim has successfully handled over 40,000 cases, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars in benefits for his clients.
