About

Growing up in rural West Tennessee on a farm, I learned the value of hard work. Devoting my practice to the prosecution of insurance claims, I represent policyholders with an unwavering passion. Each case is an opportunity to help the little guy and seek justice in an otherwise unfair landscape. As a founding member of my firm, I worked to bring together a group of highly respected and talented lawyers. My vision was to create a firm that would fight tirelessly for worthy causes and excel in the legal field. Just since 2013, I have helped my clients obtain more than $20,000,000 in settlements, awards, and verdicts against insurance companies. I have successfully handled hundreds of insurance cases for clients with verdicts and settlements in the millions of dollars. While I have left the farm for the Nashville area, my practice encompasses all of Tennessee. As a father, husband, and a lawyer, I am serious about my responsibilities to my family, clients, and the legal system.
