He then worked with other attorneys in private practice. Prior to coming to Lipshutz Greenblatt, his litigation experience included acting as lead counsel in a variety of matters, including commercial litigation, domestic cases, tort litigation, and estate matters, with a focus on real estate and insurance litigation. This practice included the representation of Homeowners’ Associations. As a result of his previous litigation practice, Jacob has become an experienced litigator in a relatively short time. In addition to his active litigation practice, Jacob has also participated in a wide range of appellate cases, and has been a member of the Appellate Practice section of the State Bar of Georgia since 2009. Jacob joined Lipshutz Greenblatt, LLC in June of 2010. His practice there focused on litigation, working primarily in the areas of covenant enforcement and injunctive relief, as well assisting with post-judgment collection of assessments. He is also married and has two sons and a daughter.
