I am a member of Saxton & Stump’s Education and Business, Corporate and Tax and Labor and Employment groups. I assist school clients in complying with government regulations, responding to requests under the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know law, addressing student misconduct, and handling labor and employment matters. I also help clients with business transactions, prepares entity formation documents, governance documents, contract drafting, and commercial purchase and sale agreements. Prior to joining Saxton & Stump, Jacob worked for the law firm Kegel Kelin Litts & Lord as an associate.
