About

I am inspired by nonprofit organizations, by their impact, by their leadership, and by their passion. Apex Law Group is a firm that shares my heart for nonprofits with a team of kindred spirits that cares for our clients as much as our clients care about the community around them. My primary practice serves nonprofits at every stage of existence, including formation, application for tax exemption, board governance, and corporate exit plans. I pride myself in listening to my clients, counseling them through difficulties, and being a trustworthy voice in all of their endeavors. When not in the office, I serve as deacon at my church, spending time mentoring young men to better themselves both socially and spiritually. When at home, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids.
