Ian Rochstein is a dedicated immigration attorney and the founder of Immigrating To America LLC, based in Denver, Colorado. With over a decade of experience in both employment law and immigration, Ian has successfully guided clients from diverse backgrounds through a myriad of family- and employment-based immigration matters. His extensive courtroom experience includes representing clients in criminal, immigration, and family law cases throughout Colorado. A proud alumnus of Boston University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2013, Ian also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University, awarded in 2007. His commitment to the field of immigration law is evident through his active membership in the Colorado and New York Bar Associations, as well as his admission to practice in Massachusetts. Ian is recognized for his leadership within the legal community, currently serving as the Chairman of the New Members Division of the Colorado Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), where he was honored with the Rising Star Award in 2019. Ian is passionate about pro bono work, volunteering with the Colorado Lawyers Committee's free legal clinic and representing unaccompanied minors through the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network. During his time at Boston University, he honed his legal skills as a student attorney in the Employment Rights Clinic and contributed to the Boston University International Law Journal. His international experience includes a legal internship at M&M Bomchil in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and studies at the Universidad Carlos III in Madrid, Spain. Outside of his legal practice, Ian enjoys traveling, cooking, skiing, and cheering for both Colorado and New York sports teams.
