Hyman Kindler represents prominent real estate owners, developers and lenders in sophisticated real estate transactions in New York City and throughout the country. Hyman has extensive experience representing sellers and purchasers of transferable development rights (air rights) in New York City, including the assemblage of multiple zoning lot parcels as development sites. In recognition of his highly skilled work and reputation, he was named to the New York University School of Law, Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy, Transferable Development Rights Advisory Committee. Additionally, he has drafted and negotiated complex restrictive easement agreements, zoning lot development agreements and other significant documents pertaining to matters of title.
