My practice focuses on U.S. immigration law, particularly in employment-based and investment-based immigration, with achieving a pretty good number of approvals. As an attorney, I have handled: - Over a hundred EB-5 related matters, including initial filings, RFEs, NOIDs, and Appeals/Motions related to I-526 and I-829 - Dozens of EB-1/2/3 employment-based immigraton matters, including EB-1, (NIW (National Interest Waiver), EB-2/3 (Employer-sponsored, consisting of PERM and I-140) - Dozens of nonimmigrant woker visas through investment as well as employment, including H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, TN, etc. Family-based immigration (I-130), of course, is also my regular professional practice. Adjustment of status (I-485) and Consular processing (DS-260) are in my professional range too. I have done more than a hundred I-485 and DS-260 applications so far. Employment authorization (EAD, I-765) and travel document (advance parole/reentry permint, I-131) are also one of those I have practiced frequently.
