Holly S. Planinsic is a seasoned attorney with nearly three decades of experience, practicing at Herndon, Morton, Herndon & Yaeger since the outset of her legal career. She became a partner in 1999 and has since honed her expertise across a diverse array of practice areas, including Employment Law, Energy, Financial Services, and Real Estate. With a strong focus on corporate and commercial litigation, Holly skillfully represents both large and small businesses in sectors such as banking, publishing, broadcasting, real estate development, energy, and healthcare. Her comprehensive practice encompasses a variety of legal matters, including banking and financial services litigation, media and communications disputes, and creditors' rights in bankruptcy cases. Holly has successfully pursued and defended numerous lawsuits in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative tribunals, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition to her litigation practice, Holly provides invaluable counsel to her clients on essential aspects of their day-to-day operations, including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and employment-related issues from the employer’s perspective. Holly earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1994 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Duquesne University, awarded in 1991.
