About

Hillary Ladov counsels and defends a variety of corporate clients in insurance coverage and bad faith actions in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Hillary has advised clients on a wide range of coverage issues under commercial general liability, homeowners’ commercial transportation, and professional liability policies. In the pre-litigation context, Hillary works with her clients to minimize their potential liability and reduce their risk of future liability.
