Helen H. Wu is a dedicated Associate Attorney at Farber, Pappalardo & Carbonari, where she has been instrumental since 2017 in providing exceptional legal services in Divorce & Separation, Immigration, and Real Estate. A graduate of Fordham University School of Law, Helen actively contributed to the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and honed her legal skills as a Legal Intern for the Community Economic Development Clinic. Before joining Farber, Pappalardo & Carbonari, Helen gained valuable experience at Wong, Wong & Associates, P.C., where she adeptly managed complex matrimonial and family law cases, corporate disputes, residential and commercial real estate leases and closings, as well as landlord-tenant and immigration matters. Her commitment to social justice is exemplified through her pro bono work with Safe Passage Project, where she represents undocumented juveniles navigating the U.S. immigration system. In addition to her law practice, Helen has an impressive background outside of the legal field, having served as Executive Director of the New York Chinese Cultural Center and as Director of Special Programs at AFS-USA, Inc. She also shares her knowledge as an adjunct professor at New York University, where she earned a Master’s Degree in Political Science. Helen is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Westchester County Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, and the Asian-American Bar Association of New York. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut, as well as in both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
