Heather Barbieri is a Board Certified Criminal Defense Lawyer and the Founding Attorney of Barbieri Law Firm, P.C. She has 25 years of experience representing people facing serious state and federal criminal allegations. Ms. Barbieri was licensed in 1998 and became a board-certified criminal law specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2005. She has maintained her board certification for 15 years since that time. Ms. Barbieri was named to the list of Texas Super Lawyers® every single year since 2013, a peer-voted honor given to only about 5% of the lawyers in the state of Texas. Before that, she was on the list for the Rising Stars for 2011 and 2012. She lectures to her peers throughout the country on multiple criminal defense topics, and is on the faculty of Gerry Spence's prestigious Trial Lawyers College in Wyoming.
