Mr. Arnold is a litigator who focuses his practice on the prosecution and defense of commercial claims on behalf of individuals, businesses, and corporations. He has considerable experience litigating an assortment of business/corporate disputes, trade secrets cases, and complex matters in both state and federal court. Mr. Arnold also enjoys an extensive appellate practice, representing municipalities in civil rights defense matters before the Nevada Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Arnold also handles NRS 108/mechanicβs lien and construction defect matters for both homeowners and contractors, and has experience in handing NRS 239/public records matters. Mr. Arnold joined Marquis Aurbach upon his admission to the State Bar of Nevada. He obtained his law degree from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School, where he served as a Research Editor for the George Mason Law Review. Prior to going to law school, he worked for a public affairs firm in Washington D.C. Mr. Arnold graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a B.A. in Government. Mr. Arnold is a native Texan who grew up in Birmingham, Alabama. When not practicing law, Mr. Arnold can be found cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide football team, trying new restaurants, and keeping up with the latest in cinema and television. He particularly enjoys spending time with his wife and their eclectic pack of dogs.
