Gregory Wade Carter is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in personal injury law, having practiced in Santa Cruz and the surrounding counties since 1995. A proud advocate for his community, Gregory has built a reputation for dedication and commitment to the people of Aptos and beyond. He earned both his Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees from local institutions, the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Monterey College of Law, respectively. His career has been marked by significant contributions to community advocacy, including serving as Executive Director of the Santa Cruz Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Santa Cruz Economic Development Council, and President of the Santa Cruz County Trial Lawyers’ Association. Additionally, he has held a leadership role on the Board of Directors for Monarch Services. Prior to founding Gregory Carter Law Firm, he honed his skills as an associate at Bosso Williams and as counsel at Thompson Kontz & Brenner, where he effectively represented clients in the courtrooms of all 16 Superior Court Judges and Commissioners.
